“I often find myself surrounded by nature when I am about to create new work.
At the beginning of a process, in the middle or at the end. Nature is a very dominant place where you have to adapt to your surroundings and not the other way around.
It kinda makes you out of control and sometimes that just exactly what is needed for things to get interesting.
I remember many times I’ve walked across fields seeing scarecrows left behind from what once used to be someone’s land.
And these scarecrows are often just a place for crows to rest their wings. It always makes me laugh. ”
